Develop E-fit bike in cooperation with several elementary schools

This report reports on an impact and process evaluation of an intervention in which E-fit Bikes were placed in elementary schools. The E-fit bike is an advanced exercise bike with an attached computer and screen on which different courses can be ridden and a game can be played. This study on the E-fit bike was commissioned by Agis Zorgverzekeringen, Embedded Fitness and Jump the youth fund of the Dutch Heart Foundation. The study was conducted by the Department of Health Sciences at the Free University in Amsterdam.
