From Nov. 16 to 19, it is work stress week. During this week, the focus is on ways to prevent work stress. Employee vitality is of no small importance in this. Many people move far too little at work. This lack of exercise cannot be compensated for in leisure time. Lack of exercise can lead to health issues and cause employees to be less productive and more likely to take time off work. These problems can be countered by making exercise part of a normal workday.
